Our Customer

Our long established logistics client based in York Yorkshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

They have won a new contract and require Class 2 Drivers, weekly, Monday to Friday, ongoing all year round. Start time – 0730am

Job Description.

Work involves Class 2 HGV Driving work, timed deliveries, so no messing around on the shifts, clear communcation is requried with the transport team as well.

Licence requirements:

HGV Class 2 Licence

Up to date CPC for your Class 2

Up to date Digi card for your Class 2

You Must:

Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic

Be punctual

Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)

Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard

Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift

Salary:

Nights per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE), £17.00 ph (Umbrella)
